Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide technical guidance.
• 
  
• Design, code, enhance, and maintain software components across systems and applications.
• 
  
• Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• 
  
• Provide solutions that address business and technical requirements.
• 
  
• Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• 
  
• Identify process improvements and implement development best practices.

• Participate in project planning, estimation, and timely delivery of solutions.

• Apply Agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performing applications.

Qualifications

• 
  
• At least 5 years of experience with IBM Db2
• 
  
• Expert proficiency in IBM Db2
• 
  
• Strong proficiency in Natural
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of database design and optimization
• 
  
• Experience with SQL and performance tuning
• 
  
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and Agile practices
• 
  
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• 
  
• Strong collaboration, leadership, and mentoring abilities
• 
  
• Willing to work onsite in Manila
• 
  
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
•
