Key Responsibilities

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in IBM z/OS Systems Administration.
Design, develop, enhance, and troubleshoot software and system components.
Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to critical technical decisions.
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.
Optimize system performance, reliability, and efficiency.
Implement software development and systems administration best practices.
Provide technical solutions to complex issues across teams.
Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in IBM z/OS Systems Administration
Expert proficiency in IBM z/OS
Strong knowledge of system performance tuning and optimization
Experience with COBOL and JCL
Familiarity with database management systems and data storage solutions
Knowledge of security protocols and systems administration best practices
Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership skills
Willing to work onsite in Manila and on a shifting schedule
