NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a Customer Care Associate to join our team in Eastwood, Quezon City
In these roles you will be responsible for:
- Handle inbound provider calls for health insurance companies
- Answer calls and document according to Customer’s written specifications as per the process and procedure document.
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs
- Responding to customer requests by phone and/or in writing to ensure timely resolution of unpaid medical insurance claims
- Analyzing medical insurance claims for quality resolution
- Resolving complex situations following pre-established guidelines
- Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry and of all products, services and processes performed by the team
- Organizing and completing tasks according to assigned priorities.
Requirements for this role include:
- Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, 8PM to 5AM Eastern Standard Time.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent that required
- 3+ years of formal studies using English language as a medium of communication.
- 1+ year(s) of healthcare industry experience in a Provider/Member
- Amenable to work onsite (Eastwood, Quezon City)
*** The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend’s basis business requirement.
