About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Engagement Representative to join our team. You will assist customers, solve concerns, and provide a great customer experience.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with their questions and concerns.
Provide clear and helpful information.
Handle customer issues and find the best solutions.
Work well with teammates and other departments.
Keep records and updates accurate.
Follow company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications
At least High School Graduate.
At least 1 year of BPO experience.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Can work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to learn and improve.
