Our customer base is growing, and we need a talented Retention Specialist to help us keep them happy! You will leverage your inside sales expertise and CRM data to proactively connect with existing clients, handle renewals, and solve problems before they lead to churn.
What you need to bring:
A college degree.
At least 2 years of proven success in a retention, renewal, or inside sales role.
Hands-on experience navigating CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Location: Alabang Muntinlupa city.
