Job title: Customer Service agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.

2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and professional manner.

3. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products or services.

4. Process customer requests, such as returns, exchanges, or refunds.

5. Document customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Completed 2 years in college with no back subjects.

2. Atleast 6 months of BPO experience.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
