Job Title: Customer Service Agent
Job Location: Philippines
Job Summary:
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients or customers of a company. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach required.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products, services, orders, and general inquiries.
- Identify and resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently.
- Assist with order processing, tracking shipments, and managing returns or exchanges.
- Maintain detailed customer records and update databases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.
- Actively seek customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Adhere to service level agreements and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
