We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the BPO industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats from clients and addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Providing information about products and services
- Handling complaints and providing appropriate solutions
- Escalating issues to senior team members when necessary
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Following up with clients to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure a high level of customer service is provided at all times
