WNS Eastwood QC is hiring Insurance Customer Service Representatives for Voice Account. If you have at least 1 year BPO voice experience, this is your chance to earn up to 25K package with virtual hiring process.

Role: Customer Service Representative - Insurance Voice Account

Location: Eastwood, Quezon City - Onsite

Salary: Up to PHP 25,000 Monthly Package

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle insurance-related customer inquiries via voice support

- Deliver outstanding customer service and support

- Assist customers with account and policy-related concerns

- Ensure first-call resolution and high customer satisfaction

- Meet performance, productivity, and quality targets

Qualifications:

- At least Senior High School Graduate or 2nd Year College completed in old curriculum

- At least 1 year BPO voice experience required

- Good to excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City

- Amenable to shifting schedule and can start ASAP
