*WHAT YOU WILL DO:*

- Handle inbound calls regarding bank accounts, transactions, and other financial services

- Guide customers step-by-step and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy

- Ensure strict confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information

- Accurately document customer interactions and follow company policies

- Collaborate with support teams to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

- Educational Background: Senior High School Graduate OR completed at least 2 years in college/university

- Experience: Minimum 1 year BPO experience required

- Communication: Good to excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal

- Work Setup: Willing to work 100% onsite on a shifting schedule

- Account: Amenable and interested to work in a Banking and Finance account
