Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Banking

Salary: ₱19K–₱24K (depending on experience)

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions on behalf of banking clients. The role involves resolving customer inquiries, processing transactions, providing accurate information about banking products and services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while complying with banking regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, emails, or chats professionally and efficiently.
Respond to inquiries about accounts, loans, cards, transfers, and other banking services.
Assist customers with account updates, balance inquiries, and transaction details.
Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality and protect customer financial information.
Meet daily performance targets (KPIs) such as call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
Promote relevant banking products and services when appropriate.
Requirements & Qualifications:
HS/SHS in any related field.
Previous experience in banking, customer service, or 6 months BPO experience (voice)is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work shifts (including weekends if required).
