Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and efficiently
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing concerns, and account inquiries
Resolve customer issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
Document customer interactions and update records in the system accurately
Follow company policies, client guidelines, and quality standards
Meet performance metrics including customer satisfaction, attendance, productivity, and compliance
Collaborate with team members and support continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
At least ,High School graduate (old curriculum)Senior High School graduate or completed 2 years in college
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Customer service experience in BPO is an advantage but not always required
