HIRING NOW: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE — BFSI ACCOUNT

Account: Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI)

Salary Package: competitive

Experience: NO CC/BPO experience required!

Work Setup: On-site

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with banking and financial service inquiries

- Handle account-related concerns professionally

- Provide accurate information and effective solutions

- Maintain excellent customer service standards

- Protect customer information and follow established procedures

Qualifications:

- High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate

- No CC experience required

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Willing to learn and develop new skills

- Customer-oriented and dependable

- Willing to work on-site and flexible schedules
