TELCO CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE (CCE)
Salary:
• ₱23,500 – 0 to 11 months Telco CCE experience
• ₱26,500 – 12 to 24 months Telco CCE experience
• ₱28,000 – 24+ months Telco CCE experience
Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate
No experience required – fresh applicants are welcome!
Good communication skills and willingness to learn
TELCO TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
Salary: ₱26,000
Qualifications:
HS/SHS Graduate
Experience in billing and sales is an advantage
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Passionate about assisting customers with technical concerns
TELCO BILLING REPRESENTATIVE
Salary: ₱23,000
Qualifications:
HS/SHS Graduate
Preferably with 7 months and above CCE experience in tech and sales
Confident and customer-focused
Excellent communication skills
HEALTHCARE PROVIDER ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE
Salary: ₱20,000
Qualifications:
HS/SHS Graduate
Strong English communication skills
B2 CEFR level and BAA 32 qualification
Detail-oriented and willing to learn healthcare processes
