Minimum Qualifications:
QUALIFICATION:
MUST HAVE 1 YR CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE FOR COLLEGE LEVEL
MUST HAVE 2-3 YRS CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE FOR SHS/HS GRAD
NO PENDING LOANS, NO EMPLOYMENT GAP
Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction
Proficiency with basic computer functions including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, conducting searches on the Internet, and maneuvering in a Windows-based environment strongly preferred
Willing to work on shifting schedule
