At least 6 months of BPO experience (for HS/SHS/College UG applicants)

College graduates are welcome even without BPO experience

Good communication skills

Willing to work onsite

2. Project Luna Account

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of healthcare or technical support experience

Excellent communication skills

Willing to work onsite (WOSA)

3. Retail Account (Fixed-Term Employment)

Qualifications:

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate

Excellent communication skills

Willing to work onsite (WOSA)

Employment Type: Fixed-Term

4. Global Home Security Account

Qualifications:

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate

At least 1 year of customer service experience (BPO experience is not required)

Experience serving customers in industries such as retail, hospitality, food service, or similar roles (e.g., Starbucks, iStore)

Excellent communication skills

Willing to work onsite (WOSA)

5. High Priority Banking Account

Qualifications:

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate

With or without BPO experience

Excellent communication skills

Willing to work onsite
