Are you an experienced BPO professional looking for a rewarding career with excellent growth opportunities? We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer support and creating exceptional customer experiences.
If you have at least 6 months of BPO experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, accounts, and company policies.
Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and update records accurately in the system.
Follow company procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure service excellence.
Meet performance metrics including customer satisfaction, attendance, productivity, and quality targets.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling customer information.
Qualifications
At least 6 months BPO/Call Center experience
High School, Senior High School, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate
Good to Excellent English communication skills
Strong listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
Willing to work on-site and on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required
Customer-focused with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
