Job Title : Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Description : 

We are looking for customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and deliver a positive customer experience. Candidates with experience in Utilities, Telecom, Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services are preferred.

The selected candidates must be willing to work onsite at the assigned location and comply with the assigned shift schedule.

Experience : 1–5 yrs

Location : As assigned.

Work Setup : Onsite (Work From Office).

• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

• Meet assigned performance and service-level targets.

Qualifications : 

• Experience in Utilities, Telecom, Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services is preferred.
• Must be willing to work onsite at the assigned location and shift.
