Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location:

Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally
Provide accurate information regarding products and services
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and courteously
Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards
Document customer interactions properly in the system
Follow company policies and compliance procedures
Qualifications:
At least High School or Senior High School graduate
Good English communication skills
Basic computer navigation knowledge
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
BPO experience is an advantage but not always required

TRAVEL
- HS/SHS grad, at least 6mos CCE
Salary: ₱25,000
TRAVEL - PILOT
- at least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad, C1 and up AM score
Salary: ₱27,000
BANKING
- HS/SHS grad, preferrably with at least 6mos CSR voice experience, B2 CEFR
Salary:
₱19,000.00 (0-5mos CSR voice CCE)
₱22,000.00 (6-11mos CSR voice CCE)
₱24,000.00 (12mos & above CSR voice CCE)
FINANCIAL
- at least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad, with 6mos CCE, B2 and up CEFR
Salary: ₱22,000
Excellent communication skills
