*Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries related to financial and insurance accounts

- Provide account support and resolve concerns professionally

- Deliver excellent customer experience

- Meet quality, compliance, and performance targets

*Qualifications:*

- Must have completed at least 2nd Year College (Required, Non-Negotiable)

- With Financial / Banking background (Required)

- At least 1 year BPO experience

- Good to excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig

- Can start ASAP
