Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Financial Real Estate Account

Job Description:

EXL Service Cebu is hiring for our Financial - Real Estate Account. We are looking for motivated individuals with at least 1 year of BPO experience to join our growing team.

Qualifications:

- At least 2nd Year College Completed (UG2)

- With at least 1 Year Call Center Experience

- B1 High CEF Level of English communication skills

- Willing to work on-site in Cebu City

- Willing to work on shifting / night shift schedule

- Can start on October 5, 2026

Salary and Benefits:

- Basic Salary: 17,000 - 19,000

- Additional Allowance: 3,000

- HMO coverage on Day 1 plus Life Insurance

- Paid training
