Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Forex Account)
Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative, specializing in Forex accounts. The successful candidate must be proficient in English, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

Client Support:
- Provide assistance and support to clients with inquiries related to Forex accounts.
- Resolve issues and concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.

Communication:
- Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Educate clients on Forex trading procedures and account-related information.

Problem Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve client-reported issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex problems.

Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and issue resolutions.
- Generate reports on customer inquiries and feedback.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including holidays.
- Educational Background: SHS Graduate | Associate or Vocational Graduate | College Graduate
- Previous experience in Forex or financial services is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Location: Market! Market!, Taguig (Onsite work required).
Salary: 15k – 21k (Package depending on work experience).
