Customer Service Representative - Healthcare Account - Sagility Bohol

Salary: ₱14,000 Basic Salary + ₱1,000 Allowance

Job Description:

Sagility Bohol is looking for Customer Service Representatives for our Healthcare Account. This role is open for Fresh Graduates with or without work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service support for healthcare-related concerns

- Handle customer inquiries professionally and with empathy

- Utilize MS Office and internet browsing tools to assist customers

- Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company standards

Qualifications:

- Fresh Graduate with or without work experience

- Has a good customer service orientation

- Has good communication and interpersonal skills

- Has good analytical skills

- Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing

- Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

- Willing to work onsite in Bohol
