Position: Customer Service Representative – International Healthcare Account

Location: Quezon City (QC)
Start Date: August 24, 2026

Salary & Benefits
₱23,000 Basic Salary
₱1,000 Flex Fund Allowance
20% Night Shift Differential
HMO Coverage from Day 1
Performance Incentives
14th Month Pay
₱300 Monthly Rice Allowance (Upon Regularization)
Show-Up Bonus
Referral Bonus

Qualifications
College Graduate or Associate Graduate (Any Course)
BS Nursing graduates are not eligible
Minimum of 2 years of BPO/Call Center experience handling international healthcare accounts, including:
• Pre-Authorization (Pre-Auth)
• Benefits & Eligibility
• Claims
