- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Qualifications:
- Has completed 2nd year college, without back subjects
- at least 6 months of non-BPO customer facing experience
- Willing to work onsite and on rotating shift
- Can start immediately
