Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum 1-year BPO experience With excellent communication skills Outbound Sales experience is a PLUS but not REQUIRED
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate sales through outbound calls.
- Present and promote client products and services to prospects.
- Answer questions and provide additional information where required.
- Up-sell and Cross-sell client product ranges to new clients Assist the customers with after-sales queries and raise them with the -concerned department without any delays. What we offer:
