Qualifications:

. At least a Senior High School graduate.

. Minimum of 6 months of BPO sales experience.

. Strong communication and customer service skills.

. Willing to work on a shifting schedule.


COLLECTIONS ACCOUNT – Customer Service Representative

Qualifications:

. At least a Senior High School graduate.

. Minimum of 1 year of BPO collections experience.

. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
