Hiring: Insurance CSR (Voice) - MENDOTA Account - EXL Pasay

Location: Pasay City - Onsite

Salary: Up to PHP 22,000 Package

Exciting opportunity for Insurance Voice Account (MENDOTA) at EXL Pasay! Earn up to PHP 22,000 package. This is an onsite role for experienced voice agents looking for a stable account.

Your Role:

- Handle insurance customer inquiries via voice channel

Qualifications:

- Education: At least Senior High School Graduate

- Experience: Minimum 1 year BPO Voice experience required

- Communication: Excellent English communication skills

- Attributes: Strong customer service orientation

- Work Setup: Willing to work onsite in Pasay City and on a shifting schedule
