We are hiring customer-focused and motivated professionals to join our Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, and Satellite TV & Entertainment Accounts.

Qualifications:

High School (HS/SHS) graduates, college undergraduates, or college graduates are welcome to apply.

Must have at least six (6) months of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Call Center experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays, if required.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions in a professional and timely manner.

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account-related inquiries.

Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Document customer interactions accurately in the company's systems.

Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: Up to ₱23,000–₱27,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience)
