NOW HIRING: Medical Billing Specialist (RCM Account)
One-Day Hiring Process – Get Hired Faster!
Salary: Php 25,000 – Php 33,000 (depending on experience)
Job Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and submit medical insurance claims accurately.
Verify patients' insurance eligibility and benefits.
Follow up on unpaid, rejected, or denied claims.
Resolve billing issues and explain medical bills clearly to patients.
Maintain accurate billing records while ensuring confidentiality.
Communicate professionally with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
Support the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process to ensure timely reimbursements.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in medical billing, healthcare RCM, or customer support.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to explain complex billing concepts in a simple manner.
Professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Maximum age: 50 years old.
