Description
We are looking for experienced and customer-focused professionals to join our US Telco Account team. The role involves assisting customers with account-related concerns, service inquiries, billing questions, and general support requests. Successful candidates will provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency in every interaction.

Qualifications
• At least 6 months of BPO experience
• HS/SHS/College undergraduate/ College Graduate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on flexible shifting schedules.
• Excellent communication skill, strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Must be willing to work onsite
