Job Description:

TDCX Cebu is urgently hiring 70 Customer Service Representatives for Telco, Consumer Electronics, and Travel accounts! Earn up to 32K!

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries for Telco, Consumer Electronics, and Travel accounts

- Provide excellent customer service via blended voice and non-voice support

- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally

- Deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Open to HS/SHS/ALS/Vocational/College level

- With 1 year BPO experience (blended voice/non-voice)

- C1 Written & Verbal Communication Skills (Excellent English)

- Willing to work on Shifting Schedule (Morning, Mid, Graveyard)

- Willing to work Onsite in HM Tower, W Geonzon St, Cebu City
