Customer Service Representative – Travel & Hospitality (GDS Expert)
Location: Silver City Site

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with travel bookings, reservations, cancellations, and itinerary modifications.
Efficiently navigate Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to manage travel arrangements.
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving travel-related inquiries via voice or chat.
Ensure a seamless and positive experience for hospitality clients worldwide.
Job Requirements
Education: At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
Experience: Minimum of 12 months (1 year) of solid GDS experience (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Apollo).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Amenable to working on-site at our Silver City location and flexible with shift schedules.
