Customer Service Representative - Voice Hiring in Philippines
Job Description -
Qualifications:
- Must be a bachelor’s degree. Can be an undergraduate with 1 year experience.
- Conversational in the English Language
- Effective at managing multiple priorities with attention to details
- Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problem.
- Knowledge in MS Office Applications
- Willing to go onsite (Mckinley, BGC)
- Willing to handle voice and healthcare account.
Job Responsibilities:
- Makes outbound calls to acquire customer requirements.
- Addresses customer complaints and elevates when all effort has been exhausted.
- Maintains and develops relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and email
- Responds to incoming emails and phone inquiries.
- Perform quality documentation, closure and communication to the customer.
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness to internal and external customers
- Adapt to changing circumstances and assumes the role of change agent.
