Account: Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Salary Package: PHP 25,000 – PHP 33,000 (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
• Manage healthcare billing processes and resolve billing-related concerns.
• Review and analyze billing information for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with payment inquiries, claims follow-ups, and account-related issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding billing matters.
• Handle sensitive healthcare information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Provide clear explanations of billing concepts and processes.
Who We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in medical billing, healthcare RCM, or customer support
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex billing concepts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Open to candidates up to 50 years old
