Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound customer calls and provide excellent banking support.
• Assist customers with account-related inquiries and concerns.

• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer information.
Who We’re Looking For
Open to all educational backgrounds (High School, Senior High School, College graduates)
At least 6 months BPO/call center experience REQUIRED
Excellent English communication skills
Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Willing to work on-site and follow assigned schedules
