Job Title:* Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Speaker)
Location:* McKinley, Taguig (ONSITE)
**Start Date:** As soon as possible
*Work Shift:** Graveyard
**Salary Package:** 60,000 - 90,000 PHP
**Description / Requirements:**
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative proficient in Mandarin to join our team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent customer service skills and proficiency in MS Office applications. This role requires onsite presence in McKinley, Taguig, and immediate availability is preferred.
**Requirements:**
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
**Additional Information:**
- **Immediate Start:** This position is available for immediate start.
- **Eligibility:** Open for Filipinos and expats (expats must have a Filipino residence visa)
- **Experience:** At least 1 year of relevant experience, with fluency in Mandarin, English, and Tagalog.
