Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing accurate information, and delivering exceptional service through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels while meeting company quality and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and data privacy guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to improve customer experience.
- Stay updated on products, services, and process changes through regular training.
Qualifications
- At least High school diploma
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Ability to work rotational shift.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
