Job Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, chat, or email, depending on the assigned account.
• Assist customers with billing concerns, product inquiries, order tracking, account management, flight reservations, service activations, healthcare-related information, technical concerns, and general customer support.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions using company systems and tools.
• Follow company policies, security standards, and quality guidelines.
• Meet productivity, attendance, and performance targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and supervisors to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
Excellent English communication skills.
BPO experience is an advantage but not required for selected accounts.
Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
Customer-focused, adaptable, and eager to learn.
