Work Setup

What You'll Do
Assist customers through phone, chat, or email.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues (for TSR roles).
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective solutions.
Qualifications
18 years old and above
At least Senior High School (SHS) Graduate
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Willing to work onsite
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
No experience required – Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome!
