We are currently seeking passionate professionals to join our specialized team. This role centers on delivering high-quality customer support for Financial institutions
Minimum Qualifications:
* Education: High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
* Experience: Must possess more than six (6) months of continuous BPO experience.
* Work Setup: Strictly an onsite operational role at our local site.
Core Responsibilities:
* Efficiently resolve inquiries regarding financial services, plans, and account management.
* Maintain a high standard of professional customer care tailored to the international market.
