Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1-year experience in the Insurance/ Financial/ Fintech industry and customer support experience
- Must have excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Familiar with Omnichannel CRM systems and practices Knowledge of the insurance investment business as an asset
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Spontaneous or able to express thought freely No issues reporting onsite
