Overview:

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Team Lead specializing in OT and ICS Security to join our hybrid team in Cubao. This role is for experienced OT Security professionals who will support managed security services across client environments, ensuring operational technology environments stay secure, compliant, and resilient.

Role: Cybersecurity Team Lead - OT / ICS Security Subject Matter Expert

Location: Cubao, Quezon City - Hybrid

Work Setup: Hybrid with Shifting Schedule

Salary: PHP 65,000 - 200,000

Experience Level: SME / Team Lead with 3-5 years OT Security Experience

Headcount: 1 Vacancy

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as Subject Matter Expert and lead team execution to achieve security objectives

- Make team decisions and contribute to strategic planning for security operations

- Work closely with cross-functional teams on OT and ICS security initiatives and projects

- Deliver effective solutions to security challenges in OT/ICS environments

- Oversee service delivery and ensure compliance with industry standards and frameworks

- Mentor team members and help build a high-performing OT security team

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years hands-on experience in OT Security - Operational Technology Security

- Solid understanding of OT security frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements

- Proven experience securing Industrial Control Systems and OT environments

- Familiar with security monitoring tools and incident response for OT/ICS

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Willing to work in a hybrid setup with shifting schedule in Cubao

- Must be residing in the Philippines and legally authorized to work
