*ABOUT THE ROLE:*

We are hiring *Cybersecurity Team Lead - OT & ICS Security SME* for Hybrid setup in Cubao! We are looking for skilled OT Security professionals to support security managed services across client environments and ensure operational environments remain secure, compliant, and resilient.

Role: Cybersecurity Team Lead - OT & ICS Security Subject Matter Expert

Location: Cubao, Quezon City

Work Setup: Hybrid - Shifting Schedule

Salary: PHP 65,000 - 200,000

Level: SME / Team Lead - 3-5 Years OT Security Experience

*YOUR ROLE:*

- Lead team execution as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for security objectives

- Manage team decisions and contribute to strategic planning and security operations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives and OT/ICS projects

- Provide solutions to security challenges in OT/ICS environments

- Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with industry standards and frameworks

- Mentor and guide team members and build high-performing OT security team

*WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:*

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in OT Security - Operational Technology Security

- Strong knowledge of OT security frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements

- Experience in securing Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and OT environments

- Familiarity with security monitoring tools and incident response for OT / ICS

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Amenable to hybrid work setup with shifting schedule in Cubao

- Must be currently residing in the Philippines and legally authorized to work
