WHO SHOULD APPLY?

1️⃣ Proficient in Microsoft Excel You must know how to use:

Pivot Yables — to summarize, organize, and analyze large amounts of data quickly.

VLOOKUP — to search for information in a spreadsheet and match data across tables.

Simply knowing basic data entry may not be enough. You should be comfortable using these functions in practical work.

2️⃣ At least 3 months of BPO experience Both voice and non-voice experience are accepted. This means you may qualify if you've handled customer calls, chat support, email support, or other relevant BPO processes for at least 3 months.

3️⃣ College level in a business-related course You must have reached college level in a business-related program, such as:

🟣 Marketing Management 🟣 Office Administration
