Overview:

EXL Service MOA Pasay is hiring for BUMBLEBEE Account. This is a pure DAYSHIFT account with no night shift schedule - perfect for candidates who want better work-life balance.

Role: CSR - BUMBLEBEE Account

Account: BUMBLEBEE Account

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service

- Assist customers with concerns and provide accurate information

- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high quality of service

- Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- At least High School Graduate and up

- With at least 1 Year BPO Experience

- With good English communication skills

- Willing to work Onsite in MOA Pasay

- Willing to work on a dayshift schedule

- Can start ASAP

Salary and Benefits:

- Salary Range: Up to PHP 23,000 Package
