Director, Consulting Delivery (Canadian Wealth Management)
Location: Taguig City (Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Director, Consulting Delivery (Canadian Wealth Management) to lead end-to-end service delivery, operational excellence, and strategic client engagement within a Canadian Wealth Management portfolio.
This leadership role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in BPO, consulting delivery, operations leadership, and Canadian Wealth Management, who have a proven ability to drive business growth, manage high-performing teams, and build strong client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Business Development
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify business growth opportunities and support new business initiatives.
- Partner with clients to deliver innovative, value-driven solutions.
- Contribute to strategic account planning and business development activities.
Operations Leadership
- Lead end-to-end service delivery while ensuring operational excellence and SLA compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and automation initiatives.
- Oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational performance.
- Monitor business performance through forecasting and reporting.
Financial Management
- Own and manage the business unit's Profit & Loss (P&L).
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Develop financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
People Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop managers and leadership teams.
- Drive employee engagement, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, corporate governance, and data privacy standards.
- Support risk management and maintain operational controls across all engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Postgraduate qualification is an advantage).
- 12+ years of experience in BPO, consulting delivery, or operations leadership.
- Extensive experience supporting Canadian Wealth Management operations.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian financial regulations, investment operations, and wealth management processes.
- Experience managing North American clients in a multi-site delivery environment.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, financial management, and business development skills.
- Stable employment history.
