USRN Trainer (Assistant Manager) – Role Summary
The USRN Trainer is responsible for delivering and managing clinical training programs for newly hired and tenured U.S. Registered Nurses within a healthcare account. Based in Makati (on-site or hybrid), this role ensures all training aligns with client requirements, organizational standards, and U.S. healthcare regulations.
Key responsibilities include facilitating New Hire Training across clinical functions such as Utilization Management, Case Management, Triage, and Claims Review using instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid methods. The trainer develops and updates training materials, case simulations, and assessments while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and clinical guidelines. Collaboration with Operations, Quality, and client teams is essential to maintain content accuracy and relevance.
The role involves evaluating trainee performance through assessments, providing coaching and feedback, and supporting transition-to-production activities like nesting and shadowing. The trainer also maintains accurate training records, prepares reports, and ensures adherence to compliance and documentation standards.
Additionally, the trainer drives continuous improvement by identifying learning gaps and conducting refresher programs. Candidates must hold an active USRN license, possess clinical bedside and training experience, and demonstrate strong communication, facilitation, and instructional design skills.
