USRN QA SPECIALIST – NON-VOICE

Are you an Active USRN with experience in Utilization Review/Utilization Management and Quality Assurance? We’re looking for a detail-oriented healthcare professional who can help ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality across healthcare processes.

Position Details

- Position: USRN QA Specialist – Non-Voice

- Account: El Paso & Hartford Account

- Work Setup: Hybrid / Temporary Work From Home (TWFH)

- Schedule: Shifting

- Locations: BGC Taguig | Cebu | Davao | Clark, Pampanga

- Start Date: ASAP

- Headcount: 1

What We’re Looking For

To be considered, you should have:

- Active USRN license

- At least 1 year of bedside nursing experience

- 1–2 years of BPO/CPO experience in Utilization Review (UR) or Utilization Management (UM)

- At least 1 year of Quality Assurance (QA) experience

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Ability to work independently in a non-voice healthcare environment

- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule
