WE'RE HIRING: DIRECTOR – PROCESS EXCELLENCE
Location: Manila / Metro Manila
Work Setup: Hybrid
Salary Package: ₱200,000–₱320,000
Shift: Graveyard / Flexible Shifting Schedule
Start Date: ASAP

Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Applications or a postgraduate certificate in Data Science and Business Analysis.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB or equivalent) – Mandatory.
- 12–15 years of leadership experience in business analysis roles.
- 12–15 years of experience in business reporting and management within call center, BPO, or customer service industries.
- 8–10 years of data analytics experience.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, presentation, business writing, process documentation, and training skills.
- Willing to work on a graveyard shift.
